Welcome to Molly - Soulful AI Friend. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Molly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our services.

Age Requirements

Molly is designed for users aged 13 and above. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts or use our services. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the application.

2. Description of Service

Molly is an AI-powered conversational companion that provides emotional support, companionship, and engaging conversations. Our service includes:

  • Personalized AI conversations
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy in responses
  • Secure and private chat environment
  • Continuous learning and adaptation to user preferences

3. User Accounts

To use Molly, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Molly to:

  • Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or the AI
  • Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our services
  • Use automated systems or bots to interact with the AI

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Molly, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

User-Initiated Deletion

  • Through the App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.
  • By Email: Send a deletion request to [email protected] with your account email address.

Consequences of Account Deletion

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • Your conversation history will be anonymized and may be retained for AI training purposes
  • You will lose access to any premium features associated with your account
  • Account deletion is irreversible

Company-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. In such cases, we will notify you of the reason for termination.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Molly is designed as a companion and entertainment tool, not as a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or emergency services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Molly is not equipped to handle crisis situations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
